just ordered one myself...i'm the 3rd owner of my comptech CAI so i want to start fresh with a new filter this spring...

looks great and fits well...i couldnt get the metal bracket around the comptech tube but it's so tight against it that i doubt it will ever come off even with tugging. purchasing and installation were a breeze, and it's a lot easier to handle this filter than one of those foam ones because the oil is mostly underneath wire 'caging' over the filter itself. at least that's what i found to be true.

have already noticed improved throttle response and less bogging at low RPM. didn't expect it to be this pronounced, but i am the third owner of the this CAI and i doubt it was ever cleaned so...

it comes pre-oiled though, like a K&N as well...
