Coolant change

As a matter of habit,I change the coolant in all my cars every-other year.
Coolant is cheap and only takes about an hr.
I use Prestone (yellow) 50/50 except the Z which uses Prestone Dex-Cool (Orange) 50/50.
Changing it fairly often is (IMO) probably more important than the brand name used.

I'd Stick to Honda Type II, as far as I've read it keeps all the channels pretty spotless, but as long as its silicate free I'm sure its ok
