Me too.

The coolant overflow tank cap has a rubber gasket washer on the underside, the gasket should be tight up to the underside of the cap, and the hose pushes up tight against the washer so it all sits tightly together to help reduce potential leakage.

No, I asked because clogged hose may explain how the coolant is leaking from the reservoir cap. Sorry not a big help.

for sure my rubber seal fits loosely in the reservoir. Maybe it's old and shrank too much. I can do some measurement when I get the new one.

I ordered everything but the reservoir.

Bumping an old thread. I went to the track yesterday and I think I have a similar problem. I never any problems prior to this. Coolant sprayed everywhere on the right side of my engine bay. It looked like it was spraying out of the overflow tank cap. My engine temps appeared fine during my sessions, but I was definitely losing coolant after each session. I tried screwing the cap on tighter, but it didn't seem to make much difference.

Did changing your cap fix your problem? I've replaced my cap once before when it cracked. My current cap doesn't look like it has any damage to it. I'm thinking about just replacing the whole assembly including hoses.

maybe your radiator cap is broken and not holding pressure causing excess coolant to flow into the reservoir and spewing out.
