I am having mine installed as we speak. RPM Racing in NY quotes me $800-$1000 as they bill on how many hours Vortech says it will take. It is a 14 hour job, so more than $1200 doesn't seem reasonable. They said if it took them less time, that they would bill me for less than that, and if it took more than 14 hours, they would bill me for $1000. Very good guys, I'll let you know in a few days how much it was.

If I go Vortech, I'm going to Evolution.

If I go Comptech, I may stay more local and go to Ganley.

Just haven't decided what kit I'm going with (let alone how I'm going to get the money to afford it).

Well.. Too late now. They also state if it takes less time they'll charge less. I'll let y'all know how much $ I end up spending. It may set a record. However, I've heard of horror stories that I know this shop's reputation won't allow. Sigh, at least I saved a couple hundred going with Satin finish.

i was quote for 800 for my comptech installation..
but, since i got it as a used kit...missing parts are a pain in the butt to deal..and i end up paying more than just 800...
but, the result...i am happy with it...

NJSYSK, your car looks like the one RPM Racing did. My car is there now and will be done in a day or two. They sound like great guys and they take their time.
