cracked valve retainers

This was off of a customers car. Came in running. Valves almost dropped. Rocker was touching retainer. Rocker should only be touching valve tip. 2 tips were missing. 2 broken valve tips. Multiple cracked retainers.

IMHO the best way to inspect the retainers without pulling things apart is to use a dental mirror like so.
