Default crank horsepower numbers

I recently added an Aem V2 to my car. Their dyno plot shows about 9hp to the wheels on a relatively warm day. In Long Island where I live it is about 30-40 degrees now. I was wondering approx. what the car is now pushing at the crank with the intake added. I know about percent loss but forgot exactly what percent it actually is. Any info would be helpful thanks.

Do a search on here (I know it's painstaking, this sites search function sucks) but there are several dyno graphs on here showing that the AEM V2, as well as pretty much any Cold Air Intake (with the exception of the top dollar ones) net about 3whp. AEM's 9whp is over rated. Unless your spending four digits, an intake isn't going to get you anything noticable on this car besides a cool sound, which is worth it to some people I guess.

Where on Long Island are you from? I'm in the Patchogue area, there's a couple of us around here...

I think intakes do more than just 3whp, but it's all relative.

Regardless, I think anywhere from 18-20% loss is reasonable.
Consider yourself at 245 bhp now? But peak hp and max gain are different...
And it's hard to say still because each care is not 240 bhp to start with (as seen in different base line dynos).

Check your local area forum towards the bottom of the first page and I'm sure you'll find a ton of people and meets in your area.
