Dealership cost to replace motor mount?

When you say aftermarket, are you looking for more rigid mounts? Polyurethane or something of that nature?
I think it's been advised against, because it simply redirects the strain the would usually be softened by the mounts, to go back into the drivetrain. Also, vibration increases as a result and I don't believe there is much benefit.
I could be wrong though, I'm just a guy with a desk job and an S

A buddy of mine had a solid(no bushings) front engine mount for his SC'ed Tib, and I kinda liked that "vibration".
It felt more like a race car.

I could be wrong, but I was told that rigid motor mounts help eliminated wheel hops on FWD cars.
I thought the softer motor mounts were there just to eliminate the vibration.
didn't know that it could be harmful for the drivetrain.
Thanks for the info.

Slightly off topic, but is there any aftermarket engine mounts for the S?
I thought S2000s had great aftermarket support but haven't heard of an engine mount.
thought it was kinda weird..
