It happens in neutral and the higher the speed, the higher the sound..
Please help me out dudes, its getting annoying and Im afraid it can be bad for my S and its my daily

To pinpoint where the noise IS coming from you need to listen under the car with the engine running & in gear.
Repeat what EVAN&MONICA did.
So jack up the rear - use jackstands - block the front wheels (or put it on 4 jackstands to lift the whole car and keep it level) - remove rear wheels.
Removing the rear wheels reduces the risk (IMO) of unbalance with the car on jackstands and it makes it safer to get under the car (you don't have to watch for a fast spining wheel) but it also reduces load on the drivetrain.
Start engine, select 4th/5th/6th gear (to get different speeds), let the engine idle in gear and get underneath the car.
If its the gearbox you'll know.
Watch out for spinning parts!
