Differential fill bolt head is rounded off
I have a question with the filler and drain washer/gasket. They seems to be the same size to me and are just with different material. Can I mix them too?
Yup Yup!!!

get magnetic bolt as its same size as the fill bolt. you can run dual magnets and it will pick up more debris and metal shavings!

It's the best solution, but if your local dealer tries to charge over list and you don't want to haggle with them, you can order from estore.honda.com and have the part shipped to the dealer for free and you just pick it up there.

Just change my diff oil last weekend, I used a 7/8 crow foot wrench, which is about 22+mm, and I filed both sides to make it bit larger. It then works very well with regular wrench to get it off and then with torque wrench to the correct torque.
Correct. The drain and fill bolts are physically interchangeable. When I changed my fluid for the first time, the drain bolt was in the fill bolt's location and vice versa. They are now in the correct positions.
