okay, so here's my situation. i have an 04 engine and transmission with the 04 propeller shaft too. will an 05 rear diff bolt right up?

when i changed the engine and transmission to 04 spec, i needed the ap2 driveshaft to bolt up to the rear diff.

 

sounds like you got everything needed to make the conversion. it should bolt right up. remember the bolts has to be ap2 also

 

Yes, it will bolt right up. That assumes you have the 04 bolts too. They are bigger.

I have an 04 Trany, 04 prop shaft and an 06 diff.
