Explain exactly what you are doing. Is the tranny in gear or in neutral? You may be doing the wrong test.

I am a subject of our Constitutional Monarch, QE II. I speak the "Queen's" english, however, I seem to recall that many students today skip class or sleep through them.

ON THE NEUTRAL THE BOTH WHEEL TURN THE SAME DIRECTION.

 

Put your transmission in first gear and do the test again.
Then the wheels should turn in opposite direction.
Perform the test with both wheels.
