I have spoken (via e-mail) to a few S2000 owners using a dry nitrous set-up in front of the throttle body. I'm just curious if anyone has tried a direct port set-up on the S. The NOS system that I have has everything for both a direct port and a wet/dry set up in front of the TB. My intent was to go with the dry setup but after talking with Pepe I think I may go direct port with something like a 40-60 shot. Anybody thought/tried this with the S2000?

Let me ask a stupid question on the subject. Is this for drag racing or was there some other setup you are contemplating?

I have used nitrous in the past on a Mustang that was a drag car and I think my brother still uses it on the street for a drag now and then, but it was of no use otherwise. But I have heard of attempts to use computer controlled gas on a more fulltime basis.

Just interested.

Basically yes, it's for racing. I'm planning on using a very basic progressive controller linked to an RPM window switch. I'm planning on having it come on (when armed) at around 3500 RPM's and cutting off at about 7500 RPM's.
