I received my window regulator and used your instructions and they worked perfectly. I now have a functional window and can drive my car now.

I just had the regulator replaced in my wife's beetle. Local auto glass guy charged me $75 for the labor.

where did you source your windows regulator?

new or used and cost?

I got it used from Ebay. $65 shipped.

I almost called Safelite before just deciding to tackle it myself.

I had the pop just a couple days ago, but my window didn't roll itself down luckily. It is still being held up by mystical forces I guess. Thanks for the awesome writeup! Many laughs had through it as well.
