This is one of the best DIY I have ever seen. Used this step by step today to install my espelirs!!

What is the cardboard part used for? with the lines?

The tophat bolts are installed at an angle to the lower bushing when looking from the top down. The box with lines is used to help make sure the angle is the same so that you can re-install the suspension more easily.

ok even if i'm just using the oem shock with eibach springs is that necessary?

i have a 4 finger gap right now on the fronts... did i do something wrong or will it all settle out.

Yes, with stock springs at stock ride height it should be around 2 finger gap. Did you preload the supension before tightening up the bolts?

Is there a reason why I can't drill out the rose bushings instead of dremeling them? I measure the piston diameter @ .480", seems like it would be easier to open them up with a 1/2" drill bit. Is the .020" difference in diameter too much play?
