Quick question, I was doing the valve adjustment and my friend was reading off the DIY to me and unfortunately there was a misunderstanding about direction of the pulley lol. I went counter clock wise, and went 1 3 4 2. And now I got a loud ticking noise, that SHOULD be the cause of my ticking noise right. I'm 99.99% sure it is but I want another opinion.

YES, if you performed the valve adjustment while the cams were pressing on the rockers (i.e. the cylinder you were working on was NOT at TDC), then your valve lash is severely loose and you shouldn't run the engine until you fix it. Time to get the tools back out

The original post in this thread was incorrect, so I did the edit.

Proper turning of the crank is CLOCKWISE.

Cylinder 1, then 3, then 4, then 2.

How did everyone go about torquing down the lock nuts? Is there a way to get a torque wrench on there? Thanks

Yes you can easily get a torque wrench in there. You'll be amazed at how untight the recommended torque setting is mind!

Are you talking about the metal washers with rubber spacers that go between the closed nuts and valve cover? There are only four of those.

It seems like they are part of 1, "GASKET SET, HEAD COVER".

They look remarkably similar to the washers used on other Hondas, but I've never compared them side-by-side.

There are 5 for sure

Just order a valve cover gasket, it will come with 5 grommets, 5 chrome washers, and vc gasket.

I thought there were five, but I looked through the pictures and only saw four. I guess I shouldn't have doubted myself.
