Default Does the OEM exhaust use a gasket?

I'm pulling off my single exhaust, and putting back my stock exhaust.
I can't remember if there was an exhaust gasket for the OEM exhaust or not.

Can someone clarify this. I have a feeling I can re-install the factory exhaust directly to the cat without a gasket, but I just wanted to make sure.
Thanks

Yes, it stays on the stock exhaust, its really just an metal o-ring. It won't come off even if you want it to, so it should still be there (on the stock exhaust). Just make sure the cat side flange is clean of any aftermarket gasket residue before installing the stock one.

The gasket from my 00 exhaust came off. You better double check.
