Default Dropping the motor back in, HELP!

It's been a long time coming. I got the engine fully built, ready to go. I have the short block (head + bottom end) bolted down and ready to go. I'm coming to the point where it's time to swap the bad boy back in. I bought a new clutch and flywheel and I will be attaching the tranny before the drop.

question is.

Do I attach all the alternator, ac, pulleys prior to the drop or do I attach everything once it's in? Last time I had everything attached and I was having trouble clearing the fire wall and the core support so I ended up dropping the front suspension and laying the car on top of the engine. There has to be an easier way!!!!

Help would be appreciated!

Thanks!

Trans and engine will not fit together.

I do engine first, then trans from the bottom. All hoses and wiring harness installed.

I put the trans in with a floor jack. It's pretty light.
