Default electrical/clutch problems

hey guys. my beater '93 sentra seems to be having electrical problems but i can't pinpoint them. last winter my a/c fan stopped working on all but the highest setting. this happened overnight. now, my taillights and parking lights have stopped working. the hazards are fine, as well as turn signals, but the parking lights won't just stay on. i checked every fuse and the fusible links to no avail. any ideas? maybe a resistor or something?

while i'm here i may as well mention another sentra problem. the clutch on the sentra is mechanical. i replaced the disc, pp, and flywheel around feb. and everything has been fine until about a month ago. after teaching my friend how to drive stick for a couple of hours the pedal now engages really low to the floor and doesn't spring back up. the clutch isn't slipping at all. i checked on some other forums and it seems like the clutch cable may be to blame but i just wanted to check with you all in case i need to get my clutch/labor warranty involved.

thanks for your responses.
