Interesting - your coolant temp showed a steady rise... I wonder where it would have ended up after another 20 minutes? Then again, I notice you seem to get over 50mph only once per lap. This is a rather tight course then? Perhaps there's not enough airflow to properly cool everything down.

 

The course is rather tight, it is actually a go-kart track that is 30 feet wide, in Shawano, Wisconsin.
Top speed for me was around 60 mph through one section.
