I'm having a problem with my car when it is in first gear and I try to go redline. The car starts to bog after it hit V-tec and then gets normal and it bogs again and then it will rev to redline. What do you guys think?

Have you tried the "MAP whack" and ECU reset?

 

and check your oil level
