I pinpointed it to cylinder #1.. If I disable spark, the knock goes away. If I disable cylinder #2, the knock continues.

Time to take the motor apart.

I am curious what you find. How many miles have you been driving like that? I would start by dropping the oil pan and going from there if it were me.

No need to remove the motor, that sounds like mild rod knock. Just drop the oil pan, with any luck your crank isn't badly damaged. If it looks good, as in no scratches or scoring you can put in new bearings, plastigauge it to make sure clearance is to specs and call it a day(make sure you get a few different size bearings). If your crank has very mild etching or wear, you can use crocus cloth or emery cloth and gently polish the journal. It's tricky but definitely doable.

I think the cloth polish and this repair in general takes an extremely knowledgeable mechanic to do correctly. Not sure the OP's background, so just want to throw that out there.

My ap1 does exact same thing right after I changed oil to.my noise is also coming from number 1 cylinder. I don't think the problem is in the rod bearings.my noise comes from under the valve cover. And when I rev my up, the noise seems to go away

I have a bit of a faint rattle too, not nearly like that, but I know exactly what your talking about. I also had something similar in my MY 06 and in a K20 I had. It all seems to come from the timing chain area, like timing chain guides. How would one explain the fact that it goes away when he pulled the coil though (although I can actually still hear a faint rattle in his video)? Would there be a change elsewhere that might explain this?

I wonder if the problem is in the coil in cylinder 1.maybe the coil is not getting a good spark. That is very weird.

That could be eliminated by switching coils to see if the sound moves

Yeah switching the coils will eliminate that idea. But if he says that he takes coil 2 out and the noise persist than I would imagine the problem is in coil 1
