Engine light on for misfire
rough timeline:
- Overreved and bent 4 valve springs
- Honda fixed bent valve springs
- Got car back
- Same day engine starts smoking so I brought it back to Honda
- They had tightened the bolt in the front of the motor too tight and the bolt cracked, sending bolt shrapnel all inside my motor
- Honda replaced my head
- (Car still in the shop) I got stationed in Germany
- 6 months later my car arrived
- 100 miles or so later and the engine light came on
- German Honda guy ran the code machine thing and told me that I was mis-firing on cylinders 1 & 2; then he reset the light
- About a week later later the light came back on with the same results
- This went back and forth for the last 6 months
- Now it's time for me to fix the problem but I don't want the German guy to get all deep into fixing my car because German Honda does not honor American warrenty
What do you think is the problem?

I've never seen a overev that bent the valve springs. Valves get bent, from contact with the pistons, the springs don't get bent.
You'll either have to wait to be restationed in the US and go back to the original repair dealer, or take your chances with Honda in Germany. The dealer that previously worked on it should have a warranty on their repairs.
It can have any # of problems causing a misfire. Bad coils, plugs, incorrect valve lash, a vacuum leak, etc . etc.
