Default engine light, warranty concern

hey i recently got the engine light lighting up. it doesn't blink or anything. i brought it to the honda dealership and they told me it was something to do with a build up of moisture somewhere around the exhaust area, not so sure. and they told me that they would have to order some specific part to fix that problem. i currently have a greddy ti-c installed.

will my warranty expire? and will it hurt if i kept driving my car around with this "moisture" issue and with the engine light on?

i've haven't been driving it for a few days now and im just waiting until tuesday until whatever part they were ordering to come in.

You will need to tell us the exact code. "Moisture around the exhaust" really doesn't make a lot of sense. If the check engine light (CEL) is still on, take the car to an Autozone and have them pull the code for you for free.

Your aftermarket exhaust shouldn't void the warranty unless it is directly related to the problem. The dealer has to prove that, which can be difficult. But dealers may try to void the warranty if they have more knowledge than their victim.
