Engine Maintenance Required Light On!

Default Engine Maintenance Required Light On!

Ok so a couple of weeks ago my check engine light came on so i decided to check it out and went up to my buddys shop and got him to find out the problem and go figure a air pump?!?! i was like oh um ok. So i havnt fixed it yet cause of some personal issues but i started my car the other day and my maintenance required light came? That normal? i just changed my oil i checked all my fluids and everything looks ok and i tried reseting the light to make it go away and no go wont work please help thank you very much.

ok well how do i reset it and make it go away? i tried holding the trip reset like the manual said and it didnt work.

Try it again. The reset procedure is in the FAQ as well.

Make sure your car is in Accessory2 mode. (I.E. key full turned, engine off)
