Default Engine Swap help

So after weeks of sourcing parts body parts for my crashed s2000 I bought another s2000 with 66k with a blown motor in good condition which I will be receiving it today. I want to swap my good motor from my crashed one into the clean title one. I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction on a write up or videos on how to do this step by step. I already have the Honda manual but it doesn't really show you how to take it out with the tranny as a whole and I know of the best video on how to do this is the Ass2000 videos. Thanks

If your doing this at home by yourself on jack stands you need to pull the transmission first. Then you pull the long block out from the top with a cherry picker.

What if I wanted to just get away with swapping out just the engine since the tranny only has 66k compared to my 92k. Is taking out the engine it self as straight forward as the manual say because I seen videos of people struggling to disconnect the engine from the tranny? Any advice or tricks to get this done smoothly?

After doing some more research and going through the manual. I'm just going to pull the engine. Just need to learn how to remove the shifter fork.
