Default EPS - Resistance turning right

I've noticed that it is more difficult to turn the steering wheel to the right than it is to the left. It seems that between the straight ahead driving position and anywhere between 45 - 90 degrees to the right, there is a noticeable amount of resistance (almost like no PS at all) when turning the wheel.

Turning to the left, I feel full assistance from the EPS.

I've re-set the torque sensor neutral position using a snapon ethos scan tool and the following instructions:

Unfortunately, the issue still persists. I've searched and found others who have had similar issues that either say that they were never able to resolve it or they were able to resolve it by re-learning neutral position. Unfortunately, resetting it twice has not worked for me.

I know it's long shot but does anyone have any idea what this might be?

ANY input is appreciated. Thank you
