Default EVAP delete without CEL?

I am in the process of transplanting a 2001 AP1 into a 1966 MGB. I am hoping to utilize the original ECU. I have workarounds for the Immobilizer, the air pump, and the post-cat O2. The fuel tank is atmospherically vented as was customary in '66. It needs to stay that way. I understand the virtues of EVAP control, but it does not suit my packaging constraints in this application. Can anyone please direct me to a scheme/plan/device/advice to allow my original ECU to be content with the absence of a genuinely functional S2K EVAP system? (I have the S2K components which can be incorporated into this scheme (but not in an EPA sanctioned sort of way).

Thanks!

I searched for this a while back when I eliminated my Air Pump. Wanted to be rid of all of it. I spoke with Izzy, and he didn't have anything in the works. My search didn't turn up anything, this was about 3 months ago. Hopefully you will have better luck, but I'm not sure you will.
