Default Exhaust help

Requirements:
Dual exhaust
lighter than stock
louder than stock
good looking tips
Does not have to add hp, but cannot LOSE hp
Prefer price to be around $1000-$1200 but will consider anything up to $1500.

Suggestions that fit this criteria?

So far I have seen the RM racing(B&B triflow), Mugen, Superspring and Comptec.

Also I may add a supercharger or turbo in the future. Would be best if I didn't have to replace the exhaust then. Leaning more towards the turbo at this point in time.

Thanks.

My choice would be the Mugen.

From king's website

"This system is 24.4lbs lighter than stock. It utilizes titanium canisters with a stainless steel mid-pipe and center resonator."

I think the mugen is the only one that has titanium, which means a significant weight savings.

also, according to the dyno charts, when coupled with the header, it'll give you about +5hp and +5ft/lb

Do you have a link for pictures/info on the HKS?

When I searched, I read that the HKS sounds more like a motorcycle, while other exhausts sound deeper. Is this true?

True, the HKS is higher pitched than the Mugen or Comptech. I currently have Mugen on my car (just installed yesterday) prior to that I had Comptech. Comptech is louder than the Mugen and sounds good. I prefer the quietness of the Mugen. It is a tad bit louder than stock and sounds nice. Both Mugen and Comptech have a lower tone to it than the HKS.

The tips on the Mugen seem to line up perfectly while others one side seem to be a little off.

Neuspeed - and despite ONE member's problems with them, I don't see how it can lose power - as tested on Red Scorpion's S2K (same day testing) it dynoed with peak gain of 5HPs by Neuspeed.

HKS Exhaust!
Here are the babies on mine...
I love the sound too... Raspier especially in VTEC! 3000-4000rpm crusing make very resonant sound though! Search my other post for a sound clip of my redlining it in 1st gear...
