Exhaust Install
I will have a video for install on a single TI SPugen exhaust done sometime by the weekend. Interested PM. I am expecting everything to go well. I will also have one for gauges thanks to Xvipers expert advice.
PM if you get stuck. The chances are if you can tie your shoelaces you will do just fine.

very easy install..I did mine myself and it was the first time i had ever done anything like that...took me about 1.5hrs....def get some wd40 for the cat bolts and you might need a breaker bar for the rear tie bar(?) (mine was torqued tight as fvck)
It took me 2 hours because I was taking my sweet ol' time. 1 hour if you have all the right tools.
4 jacks stands
1 floor jack
1 Honda jack (my floor jack can't get under the car without some help)
1 can Silicone spray lube on all the hangers and rubber donuts
1 can penetrating lube (WD40) for the cat bolts (no astroglide guys)
sockets, box wrenches and some rags will do for the rest.
Hint: Use tons and tons of silicone lube on the hangers and rubber donuts, don't use
WD40 on them. When you get the stock exhaust out, take out the rubber donuts and literally soak them with silcone spray. This will make the reinstall much easier.

When I did my invidia install I used a floor jack to hold the weight of the OEM exhaust. At about 45 lbs or so it's pretty heavy when your on your back under the car. Plus after all the bolts and hangers are off you just let it down pull it out and away you go.
Here is a quick run down of my install of a single Spugen TI last night. Sounds great by the way.
Parking break on.
Left front tire blocked.
Jacked up the right rear side and put jack stand down.
Jacked up the right front side and put jack stand down.
Put loube on each of the hangers for removal.
Put lube on the cat bolts.
Left and came back in half hour.
Proceded to remove cat bolts and resonator hanger.
Removed the front (rubber) hangers on the mufflers.
Removed the rear muffler (rubber) hangers.
Used a jack stand to brace the exhaust on the "Y" where the exhaust splits.
Removed the TIE bar and two bolts to the little black box.
Lowered the exhaust down and out it came.
Didn't take long and the exhaust went in easier than it came out. I removed each of the hangers by pushing the hangers to the rear of the car (when lubed) with the handle end of a tire iron. Removed all hangers from car first. I mean I removed the rubber parts from the car not from the exhaust. Don't know if this was the easy way but all was done in one hour and the half hour wait time.
