I was doing some "investigation" and I noticed that it stalls usually when its very hot outside. After a long highway drive and you get into traffic it'll start idle droping. With the A/C on it does it much more, but with it off it still stalls. This car has been exposed to 90°F or more temperatures all its life. Anything helps, thanks

 

The operation of the iacv varies with coolant temperature so I think your findings are not unexpected. You have some great pieces of information above to work with.
