Default FIPK II Intake

So I bought a FIPK intake off of eBay used that was off an 06 with the extra air senor hole. I have an 02 and was wondering if there's anything that could plug up that hole. I didn't know that only 06+ would need that extra senor hole otherwise I wouldn't have had bought it.

You could plug that with anything you want, basically go to an auto part and find anything that fits there and plug it. That hole i believe is for the AIT, air intake temp sensor.

Well I took out the rubber piece and put in a breather filter in it instead. Not sure if it'll lose any power like that though.

That's a good idea, you wont lose any power. See it as another smaller intake sucking air

Thanks, it's a good intake. Just dynoed the car and made better gains with this intake than others with comptech or more expensive intakes.
