does it do the same on the other side?

have you tried to switch the bulbs from left to right to see if it's a bad bulb?

have you pulled out the bulb to check if there's corrosion on the connector/socket?

Is that an LED bulb? If so you might have to add resistors.

 

i remember once, i had bought some cheap led's. when it was on its way out, it decided to start strobing for me just like yours is

 

Thy are LEDs I'll look into it more this weekend I'll post a update and try what u guys said

 

like someone else said, you need resistors for LED
