hello. well, at a tick under 36,000 on my '05 i noticed both front struts leaking a bit, so i took it to dealer for a warranty replacement. they were great and replaced entire suspension components, not just struts. it was something like $800.00 for the job, but free under warranty, of course. like a damn fool, i played my music loud on the drive home so heard nothing, but this morning i hear a frequent 'clunk' sound, even when rolling in neutral on relatively smooth pavement. it is not constant, but frequent. my questions are 1) do new suspension parts come with a spacer and could the tech have left them in? 2) what else could have gone wrong if not the spacers? thanks heaps!

 

1) No, no spacer. Those are only for when the car's shipped from Japan.
2) Could be a loose swaybar bracket.
