Horrible squeaking coming from suspension
I have had the KWV3's for over a month now and never experienced any noises until now. The other day I turned up the compression on all four corners and installed machined 5mm spacers in the rear to replace my cast versions. Now I hear all kinds of noises. The suspension squeaks like crazy especially when entering/leaving a driveway. There are also all types on unexplainable metallic noises (especially when driving over poor surfaces). Keep in mind these noises were not present a few days ago. I checked the instructions with the new spacers and it says I need to re-torque the rear wheels after 60 miles, which I did, but I still have noises.
Of course I understand it does not help much that nobody else can see the car but I wanted t get some suggestions as to which components of the suspension could be the culprit. I assumed the bearings might be bad but the noises do not arise when making left or right handed turns.

You may have bad spacers. If I understand you correctly you had run the springs with no noise and then went with a spacer? The metal on metal noise you describe is most likely from the metal to metal contact of the spring and the spacer. Materials of the same or similar hardness slide over one another. If one is significantly softer then "galling" occurs. This work hardens the metal and then you get squeeling and squeeking. My bet is the spacers either were not heat treated properly or you applied so much pressure with your adjustment that you have mechanicaly induced the galling. Either way I'd check the spacers.
