fuel guage
I screwed mine up last week, I put in a walbro fuel pump and I drove to a relatives house, on the way thier I dropped to only two bars. I had another 40 minutes ahead of me and I didnt fill up, it never dropped, then I picked up my cousin to get coffee and on the way there I started sputtering, I filled up with with 2 bars still lit up and I put in 12.7 gallons(most gas ever). above two bars it still works correct.

Take a look again. Ive never seen the last open space before the 'E" ever light up on a 00-03 cluster. Even on the gauge light check when 1st turning the key to "on".
Either you used the angled pickup sock which intereferes with the fuel sending units float, or managed to bed the flaot arm when reinstalling the fuel pump.
Don't use the angled pickup sock. (it's intended to be used in an Integra) It doesn't sit flat on the tank floor and gets int he way of the float. Either reuse the OEM sock, or buy an new OEM sock.
If the sock jams the float = fuel gauge doesn't work
