Default Fuel Issue need advice

I removed my pump to add an adition to the tank for my turbo. Now I had simply unpluged the factory harness from the assembly. Now I go to plug it in and nothing. I went with a check light and the harness is not getting power. I checked the fuses and there all in check. I also ran a power and ground to the batt and directly powerd up the pump and it worked no problem. Is there another fuse aside from under the dash or something else im missing. The motor is also removed at this time and still have the factory ECU in thanx In advance

When the ignition is turned on, the fuel pump only turns on for 2 seconds. After 2 seconds, power to the 5-pin fuel pump connector is cut off.

To check if you have power, you need to disconnect the 5P connector and jumper pin 4 & 5 on the PGM-FI Main Relay 7-pin connector. Then, turn your ignition on and check to see if you have power to pin #5 on your 5P connector.

The PGM-FI Main Relay is under your dash. The service manual says it's just to the right of your steering column. There is no fuse to the fuel pump.

I hope this helps.
