Well it seems running both my power wire and ground wire direct to the pump solved my issue. I drilled out two holes on the top of the pump basket plastic lid and then figured out that if you do this you must epoxy them in or you will get fuel vapor stink coming in the cabin while driving which is far from pleasant. Its been working for about a month now.

I just pulled my fuel pump assembly rechecked everything. Everything looks good. I even added Dielectric grease to all the connectors Powers good ground is good everything is good. What the hell else could it be? Still not priming.

Looking is probably not enough, you need to measure the connection.
Not sure the best way to do that though.

I tried multiple Ground locations still not priming. I can hear all the relays clicking just a fuel pump won't Prime. Well it does prime but only once every like 20 to 25 times I turn the ignition on. A buddy told me possibly the ECU could have went bad but I don't even know where to begin to try to check if that's true

The ECU just provides a ground at the pgm relay.

Can you jumpier the pump to run?

Yea, the pump is good. Brand new. Worked intermittently yesterday but now doesnt prime. Its weird tho when it does prime and i can get the car to start it will run without issues even wot. But as soon as i turn off the car and go to restart i have a very difficult time getting it to prime

Yep thank god. I was so tired of dealing with this, just when I thought it was fixed it wasnt. I kept the ground wire were it was said to place per SOS instructions. Running the other end strait to pump as well as the power wire is what made all the difference for me. All my connections looked good as well, but the issue was in the pnp connector on top of the fuel basket that sos has you re pin. Bypass this and run direct if you run out of alternative ideas. Based on your symptoms this still seems like a strong candidate.

I give up. Calling it a day. Car is starting up now but its very inconsistent. Sometimes right away, sometimes very weak. Didnt even mess with fuel tablea. Just kept turning the car on and off cycling the ignition to get the fuel pump to prime ( which appears to be priming every time now except the strength of the Prime appears to have changed. Now when it Primes it's very subtle. But before the prime would be very strong and I could even feel the vibration of it under my feet). I donno what to attribute any of this to but the car is somewhat back to running like it used to. And the only change ive made is a new fuel pump.
