Full Synthetic Oil Change interval and Filter
Other cars in my fleet, I go for a quality aftermarket filter. For the S, its oem filter only, for reasons stated in this thread, and others stated in other threads on this forum (high rpm flow rates, etc).
Use a quality oil, in an appropriate weight (0W-30 - 10W-30.) Change oil when mileage dictates, or every year, whichever comes first.

What's the point of all your special oils if the OCI is 6 months/6K miles anyway? Any oil can do that.
Buying 15k mile/1year oil. Changing it every 6K/6months.
I suppose I'll never understand.

Based on the total mileage I've put on the car since ownership, it looks like I'm closer to 7,000 to 9,000 miles a year on the S, averaged. I'm old school and did the 3-month/3,000 miles with dino oll on my old cars, going back 45+ years of driving. I've had the S now for 6 years and this is the first car that I've used synthetic oil on a personal vehicle.
I've had one oil analysis with 5W-30 Amsoil last fall for a trial run, then switched back to the SS 10W-30. Since I have a case of 12 quarts of Amsoil SS 10W-30 and a Honda OEM filter, I should be good for a while. I'll consider the 0W-30 for the next purchase. I'm changing the MTF and Differential fluid once a year. This car is so easy for that kind of work.
Thank you to all of you who chimed in.

No one has any business telling you how long to run your oil without UOA and similar conditions as you intend to run, then you take the info with a grain of salt as every engine has different tolerances, filtering, wear, etc.
A UOA of someone running 10K highway vs 5K with city/track might have similar wear characteristics.
The ONLY way to know is to have it sent out to a lab.
