As mentioned before, this is a fuel fill neck issue, not a gas cap issue. Changing the gas cap alone is only a band-aid, as the problem will come back. It has something to do with the threading of the fuel fill neck. I've had this TSB (04-002) done as well under warranty. Please note that if you're in CA, this falls under the CA emissions warranty which states that certain parts (fuel fill pipe and cap included) are covered for 3 years or 50k miles. Check your warranty manuel for your specific states.
