getting ap2 head for my ap1 block..
did a search and from what I saw seems everything is exactly the same, with a few parts actually being stronger... but a few did comment that some parts of the ap2 head may b weaker than ap1's> (sorry i forgot which one)? I believe sideways mentioned something that it may not be as strong when revving to 9k? 4give my ignorance on the subject as this is all chinese to me, just wanted to get some more info before I make a big purchase, thanks for all your help!
with the exception of the adjustment screw on the rocker arm assembly (over tightened it during a valve adjustment, damm torque wrench!
), its actually in good shape... Its just that i've been saving for a new engine and maybe this was a sign.. lol Would it be a problem if i put the new head today and down the line replace the block (probably goin with inlinepro)?

luckily that screw is only $4 and the threads on the rocker assembly is fine, might just buy the head and wait down the line for hte block and install it together.. decisions decisions.. thanks for all the help though.
So the 9k redline should be fine right?
There is no reason to buy a 3K head from the dealer. You can always souce a good used head for far less. I know, I have 4-5 heads.
I would place the order with Inline instead for their stroker. I can sell you a block and crank if you need one.
