Go to the top of this forum and there are thing's called DIY's scroll down to fluid changes and that will have a write up with pictures on a tranny fluid change. When I first got my car I followed all the Do it yourself's and they were very helpfull and helped me learn my car.

call before heading out, my local GM dealer got a pretty decent network, they can tell how many stuff left in the other guy's(dealer) stock room on the fly.

i went to a chevy dealer and they don't carry it.

i went to a pontiac dealer and they stiil don't carry it.

they end up sending me to a another pontiac dealer 10 miles north, the sales guy ask me do i have a honda. I was like

No, my last name isn't tran

my cold shifting got WAY too notchy after 4k of syncromesh friction modified. i had the dealer play with the car for a few days. they eventually swapped the fluid twice with honda mtf.

when i get around to it, i'm going to try the new honda mtf because i don't like the old honda mtf. i would have done it already if the dealer didn't already swap out the syncromesh for me.

but some people love gmsmfm...
