Its not just the fluid. You also have to consider temperature at which you drive your car and how hard you actually drive it. I'm sure that the same oil will work differently in a warmer climate versus a very cold climate.

How hard the car is driving also is a factor. Pick the fuild that suits your needs.

I live in a warm climate and track the car. MT-90 seems to work best for me.
