On-going parts availability?
#11
Last year I bought all of the cooling hoses. The small ones will definitely be hard to get in the future. Considering that the F20/F22 was used in nothing else in Honda's line up. Of all of the engine related stuff I could think of the hoses seemed the most problematic. I hosed them down with 303 aerospace and put them in a vacuum bag that you would store clothing in.
The other thing to buy might be a "quality" water pump. Stuff like alternators and starters can be rebuilt.
Now that I think of it maybe a clutch assembly and hydraulics. They too are s2000 only.
As far as brakes go, the front pads are the same as 2008-2011 Civic so they have a long term availability The rear pads are found on a lot of Acuras and Hondas. The front calipers are also used by the Civic and Rsx. Rear caliper is S2000 specific. As are all of the rotors.

bolt discontinued, what length is required? From the parts list, the part number below is discontinued from the water pump parts page. The spec is 10X100, yet does anyone know how long it is? Might I find them at a hardware store?
