NOS is a major fuc you to ur warranty if u blow up ur motor from nos it leaves sulfer diroxide wich looks orangeis color on your pistons and block !! that sucks but as far as a s2000 goes the motor is make out of (and i am geting my info from a honda brocure you can also ask at honda at 1800-33-honda) low friction FORGED yes forged pistons lightweight connecting rods and aluminum alloy block with fiber reinforced cylinder walls so that in mind the s2000 (years 2000-2002)it can take a 50shot of nos any day of the week make shoure that a very good shop installs the system and you will not have any problems hope this info helps every body thanks for your time Jason

I had a 75 shot on my 00 civic Si, and it ran great. It put about 70 more hp to the wheels on the dyno, and believe it or not, very little detonation with no other mods except intake and exhaust! Nitrous systems really can kick ass if you have a VERY seasoned mechanic install it, and you either have a progressive nitrous controller, or have a WOT switch as a safety mechanism.

My vote is not to listen to "kids without cars" on this thread. If you are interested in NOS application on the F20C go to www.cartechbooks.com. Get a copy of "Sport Compact Nitrous Injection". The book is authored by on of the greatest Honda engine tuners of all time. He wrote "High Performance Honda Engine Builder's Handbook volumes 1&2 as well as " Sport Compact Performance Buyer's Guide". If you can't trust what Joe Pettitt says......go buy a Ford.
