Alrighty then... So first I have done as much research as I could possibly think of for quick cheap fixes to the issue im having. I am hoping for some additional insight that can help lead me in the right direction.

I have checked my CMC and Slave cylinder. I havr regreased the SC and put new fluid through the CMC. I have regreased my shift linkage anf drained and filled my transmission fluid.

I have had this issue since I purchased it as the 3rd owner with 63k miles in November of 2012.

The dealership clakmed to have replaced 3rd gear completely. As well as new forks sleeves and syncros 1st through 6th. Claimed a new clutch with resurfaced flywheel. This fixed it for about 2 weeks. I am a vusy guy and didnt care to go through the 6 month hassle over again for them to attempt another "fix".

I dont grind as often if I double clutch.. but id like to be able to "drive" my car regularly if possible. It is almost impossible to downshift ontop of all this.. into these 2 gears only though.. if im missing anything or can supply any more information.. Please let me know! I would take it back to the dealer that did your tranny tranny rebuild and have it checked. sounds like there was an installation error of some kind.

 

I did a few times and they were giving me the run around about parts on back order and all this nonsense about calling me back but never do.. I dont want to waste anymore time on a bunch of idiots that either know nothing or are unwilling to help me. =/
