does anyone know what's the spring rate on the H&R coil-over system for S2000?

I heard they not so good for a track set up...

had them on my mercedes before, and felt pretty good...

do u have a coil-over on your car?
or just springs?
what kind of spring you have?

I use HKs Springs only
I think not low enough man!
I might match them with Koni Yellow shocks in future...
Or Maybe coilovers...
as yet...undecided

I ask about Koni yellow already...
it won't lower your car anymore....
and some people said it's good and some people said it sux..
I am struggling here......

The stock suspension is the best handling!!!!!!!!! Besides that ugly 2-3 inch gap

I personally have H&R 2 inch springs with the stock shocks . It sits perfect and it handles alot better . I alose changed the wheels and tires. It helps out filling the cap. But becareful to much of a drop might make the s2000 lose its back end.
