I have a prolblem, with a cold engine the gearbox goes perfect but after doing a bit of kilometers it becomes very hard to shift up and shift down even in ...
My clutch is original and has a few kilometers, I also changed the clutch pump behind the pedal but nothing has changed ...
Can you help me? thank you!!

The thing you called a 'clutch pump', it sounds like that is what we call in English the clutch Master Cylinder.
It sounds like maybe you have air in your clutch lines, and you need to bleed the air out. There are diy instructions on this forum.
Basically, from underneath the car, you place a clear hose on the clutch Slave Cylinder bleed screw, then loosen the screw. Clutch fluid should start to come out of the screw, and you can see it flowimg through the clear hose. You should also see air bubbles. You want to now go back under the hood, and keep pouring in new fluid into the clutch Master Cylinder, as the level goes down, making sure it doesnt run dry.
Keep letting fluid out until the clear hose shows no more air escaping. Then tighten bleeder screw, and go for a test drive.

Early transmissions had some issues that made hot shifting a problem. My '00 shifted very poorly after it was hot and I never found a solution. I finally replaced it with a transmission from an '02 and it is now perfect.
