We put a new stereo in the S so the battery was disconnected. Well the defrost would turn on the AC like its supposed to do but I could not turn the AC off when on defrost. I dug out instructions that I got off of here back in late '10 On the instructions it says that the orange light should blink and when it stops bkinking let go of the buttons and your all done.

Well my orange light never blinks or even lights up but my green AC light blinks and then stays solid after it stops blinking. I can now turn on my defroster and the AC comes on automatically but I can hit the AC button and that turns the AC off, I could not turn off the AC when on defrost before so I guess I got it right. I just think its funny that the lights on the buttons don't blink like the instructions say they should.

It takes 15 sec. to do I like turning the AC off in the winter and being able to use it when I want it on.
