I've fixed the same problem.

Took apart the ballast, water inside. blew it dry, problem solved.

It's either the ballast, the bulb, or the wiring. It's defintely one of them. You'll need to try out the sugestions and go from there.

Last night they worked again. So maybe if it was water its clearing out from heat.
