Default Heater problem

I have a 2001 with 107K miles. This is my first service problem with the car. The heater is not getting hot water. It may start to blow warm after 15 minutes of driving (much later than normal), or it may not heat for the entire trip. The heater fan and the air diversion doors seem to be working ok. I'm just blowing cold air much of the time and that doesn't work too well in Bellevue WA in the winter. Can anyone direct me to a thread to trouble shoot the problem and perhaps fix it. Thanks in advance.

I would start by making sure you have no coolant leak, and then bleed the entire system. Billman has a great write up on it, but also keep in mind that the s2000 bleeding is known to be a little finicky https://www.s2ki.com/forums/s2000-un...bleed-1067218/

Step one is to check the coolant level in the radiator (not the expansion tank)
